Tax Professionals that Drive Growth

Our mission is to help build and maintain wealth for our clients, their community, and future generations.

We are a husband and wife team with three decades of combined experience in tax and accounting services. We have a passion for accounting, an obsession with helping taxpayers, and a devotion to education and advocacy.

Renee Prince, CPA, CGMA

Renee is driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for her profession. She has served on various AICPA and TXCPA committees to drive the profession forward through continuing education, continuing the pipeline of potential CPA candidates, working with federal, state, and local politicians to advocate for policy for accountants and taxpayers alike, and creating an environment to foster growth with other firm owners.

As a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas and Lubbock Christian University, as well as national and local chapter leadership academies, she has consistently sought opportunities to not only grow as a leader but also to create strong bonds between and within organizations.

Renee loves working with clients to help them achieve their dreams. In her spare time, she loves to read, hike, and spend time with her family in the pool.

Caleb Prince

Caleb is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and Texas Tech University. Caleb started his career in Healthcare and served as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab at Baylor All Saints Medical Center.

He pivoted into Business Development later in his career, working with physician offices and larger medical groups, spearheading new business development initiatives and generating partnerships.

He joined Renee Prince, CPA, PC in 2014 and has a wide range of experience preparing tax returns, payroll, daily invoicing, and reconciliation of client's accounts.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and occasionally coaching his kid's youth sports teams. He is also a member of the Hood County YMCA Advisory Board.
